Unfortunately we do not send COD because of careless customers. Your parcel is assembled within 1-3 days from the date of the payment.
The product can be bought with a registration or without one. But it is recommended to make a registration as it gives you an advantage not to fill the fields every time while making a purchase.
Being a registered user gives you an opportunity to get bonuses, discounts and special offers.Moreover, with a personal cabinet you can easily get useful information about your orders, addresses, etc. Your personal data are necessary only for an order sending and they are kept in safety. Advertising and extra messages will not disturb you.  You can find a personal cabinet in the upper side of the screen.

Fill your personal information if you want to make a purchase  as a guest or select “ registration” if you want to register or ”sign in” if you are a registered customer. If you have already entered the personal account, your data will appear automatically.  Fill the fields carefully otherwise your parcel will be sent to your neighbor.
Next step: choose the way of delivery.
If you  choose “ Nova Poshta” - specify a branch number or its address if you have the only one.
If you choose “Ukrposhta” -the parcel will be sent to the specified mail address. 
Do not forget to take your passport and a sending number with you. The number of sending will be sent to you.
You can calculate the approximate delivery cost in the section “Delivery” and check the weight of your orderin the top of the basket.
In the field “Your estimated value” point out the amount of money for us to supply the parcel insurance.
The money will be returned to you by an operator in a case if your parcel is lost or damaged.

If you are outside of Ukraine, choose“I am outside of Ukraine’’ while ordering.
After ordering you will receive an invoice to your e-mail together with an indication of the total amount of the reservation.
The delivery cost will be added to the invoice amount after weighing and determining the size of the parcel.

If everything is ready, read the rules and tick on it. Click “Confirm an order”. The account and instructions are sent out to your e-mail.
Payment must be made within 3 days. After this period, the order may be canceled.
Having paid, you should inform the shop about the payment by sending a message to the e-mail or a mobile phone +380962491721. Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram   +380962491721. Point out your surname and order number. Your check and shipment can be provided through on your demand.  Wait for the number of your parcels! The process of movement  can be followed on the sites: Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. You should have your passport with you to receive the parcel. Check the parcel and its content to make sure that the goods are not damaged by the delivering service. In a case if the parcel is damaged, demand on a compensation immediately. Do not take the parcel home. The claims for the goods completeness are accepted within 3 days after it has been received.  It is possible to send your parcel back within 14 days.
